Warranty and limitations<\/h3>  Sim Factory S.R.L. warrants that the goods purchased by the customer are free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of transfer of the goods and that they have the guaranteed quality stipulated in the contract.\nAluminum profiles are of industrial quality, so minor scratches and dents may be present.\nUpon receipt, the customer must inspect the goods immediately for defects, condition and quality.\nIn case of apparent and\/or hidden defects, these must be documented and reported in writing within 7 days of delivery by email: info@simfactory.it otherwise the warranty for these defects does not apply.\nThe customer is responsible for the way in which he uses the purchased goods and Sim Factory S.R.L. will not be held responsible for any damage caused by improper or contrary to its purpose.\nThe warranty is 24 months from the date of shipment.\nSeats carry a 12-month warranty and do not include wear and tear due to use.        <h3>2. Limitation of Liability of Sim Factory S.R.L.<\/h3>  Any compensation for any damage to the customer shall not exceed the invoice price of the disputed products.\nThe warranty referred to in this article is absorbent and in lieu of legal warranties for defects and conformity and excludes any other possible liability of Sim Factory S.R.L. however originated by the products supplied; in particular, the customer may not make other claims for damages, price reduction or termination of the contract.\nUnder no circumstances shall Sim Factory S.R.L. be held liable for indirect or consequential damages.\nSim Factory S.R.L. shall not be held liable for damages caused to the customer and\/or third parties due to improper use of the purchased products.     <h3>3.
