These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded between Sim Factory S.R.L. and its customers (hereinafter “the Customer”) and, in general, to all their commercial relationships. If required, they are supplemented by special terms and conditions. Our general conditions are considered accepted by the Customer placing an order. Special conditions will be binding on us only if expressly accepted in writing. Sim Factory S.R.L. has the right at any time to modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions, including all possible attachments. Orders placed before any changes will be processed according to the old General Terms and Conditions.
The products depicted in the store are not to be considered a legally binding offer but as an OnLine catalog. Minor variations and changes to product images or descriptions are possible. Sim Factory S.R.L. reserves the right to make at any time to its products those non-substantial technical changes dictated by production requirements, which it deems convenient, without any obligation to notify. Unless otherwise agreed at the time of purchase, Sim Factory S.R.L. products require installation by the customer.
All prices in the online catalog include the Italian VAT currently set at 22%.
By placing an order, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the products in question from Sim Factory S.R.L. For all international payments made by bank transfer, all bank fees fall to the customer.
