SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. Shipping and Delivery

Sim Factory S.R.L. offers delivery to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, to the delivery address
provided by the customer. The terms of delivery and payment will be indicated in more detail in the shopping cart section of the online store at the time of purchase.. There is no minimum order amount.

We reserve the right to make a partial delivery to the extent that this seems advantageous for quick handling and to the extent that this is reasonable for the customer.

Additionally, we reserve the right to use different shipping companies for the same reasons. Forms of shipment special requested by our customers will be arranged and billed separately. Larger orders are often delivered in multiple packages that may or may not be delivered simultaneously.

IIf delivery difficulties such as delays, missing or damaged packages occur, the customer should contact the support of Sim Factory S.R.L. by e-mail info@simfactory.it.

The customer at the time of delivery must sign the right of reservation and document any damaged parcels or missing parcels by photo, is also required a photo of the coupon with the signed and completed reserve right. In case of lack of photos and of signing the reserve right, we cannot ensure the refund or supplementation of the damaged/missing material.

Sim Factory S.R.L. will report the problem to the shipping company and request an investigation. According to the rules of the shipping company, the investigation takes fifteen working days from the delivery of the package from the approval of the complaint. The investigation process cannot be expedited by Sim Factory S.R.L. and may take longer during holidays.

2. Delivery Times

Items in stock (we are not responsible for transport problems) will be shipped within 3-7 business days upon receipt of payment. If the goods are not available at the time of ordering, we will make sure to deliver them as soon as possible.

If the failure to meet a delivery or service deadline can be attributed to force majeure, industrial conflict, problems on the part of our suppliers, unforeseen complications, or other conditions for which we are not at fault, the deadline will be extended accordingly.

If delivery is not possible due to
the manufacturer’s or our suppliers’ inability, both we and the customer can terminate the contract if the agreed delivery date exceeds more than 2 months. Claims for damages for default, incapacity or non-performance of obligations, including those arising from the withdrawal from the contract.

The same rules will apply to custom orders and the OnLine store.

3. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 7 days without providing any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal as provided by law, the customer must communicate it through explicit declaration via email: info@simfactory.it.

If the customer withdraws from this Contract, we will refund all payments we have received from the customer, including the delivery costs (excluding: custom orders that are non-returnable and non-refundable). To make the refund we will use the same payment method used by the customer for the original transaction.

In the case of a return, the sender assumes the risk of transportation until Sim Factory S.R.L. receives the goods.

If a customer wishes to return delivered goods, they can do so within fourteen (14) days from the day of delivery. The transportation arrangements for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer and we will refund the full amount of the goods once they have been returned, inspected and proven to be in excellent condition. Return shipping charges are non- refundable.

Please note that damaged or used products will not be refunded. If the order/product is delivered damaged, the customer must document the damage as described in point 1. (Shipping and Delivery) and contact Sim Factory S.R.L. support.
